Olsen Custom Homes builds primarily in the North/Central Florida region and oversees a team of industry experts during the construction of each quality built home.

We are building in Grand Haven, Wild Oaks, Cinnamon Beach, Hammock Dunes, Island Estates, Ocean Hammock, Palm Coast Plantation, Hammock at Palm Harbor, and can also build on your own lot in Flagler & Volusia counties.

Our team takes great pride in our work and strives to respond to today’s buyers with ageless homes ranging from $250,000 to over 1 Million, all with exceptional home design and maximum value.
